METHOD OF
PAYMENT |
- MasterCard, Visa, Discover,
PayPal, Company Check, or Money Order is accepted.
- Credit card transactions are
processed manually except PayPal.
- Shipping & Handling charges may
vary.
- We will verify all orders (total
sale) via email prior to processing credit card transactions.
- Make Check/Money Order Payable to: EasyBee Software LLC (address)
- We do not offer "Terms" on orders, all orders must be
paid in full
up front.
- NO C.O.D. Terms... NO EXCEPTIONS.
- A fee of $25.00 will be charged for any
returned check.
- All residents of Alabama will be charged 9% sales tax.

SHIPPING
POLICY |
- All standard software orders: 1st
Class US Mail.
- Larger packages: UPS or Fedex.
- Allow 8 to 14 days for delivery.
- Buyer is responsible for all
shipping charges unless otherwise specified on final invoice.
- If paid by Credit Card: shipments
are held until next day for approval.
- If paid by Company Check:
shipments are held for 3 days for approval.
- If paid by Money Order: shipments
are shipped same day.
- EasyBee Software reserves the right, at any time, to
choose or change the shipment
method.

RETURNS/REFUNDS |
- We will replace software media
free of charge if damaged during shipment.
- We do offer refunds on software
under certain conditions, please call for a Software Return
Authorization form.
- Returns for refund on computer
hardware products other than software orders are accepted within
five days of receipt of the
merchandise, less a 15% restocking fee. All items returned
must be received back in original new condition. Shipping charges to
destination and on returned merchandise is not refundable.
- Any item received broken, damaged or defective may be returned for
immediate replacement. No restocking fee will be charged.
