Method of Payment:
- MasterCard, Visa, Discover, PayPal, Company Check, or Money Order is accepted.
- Credit card transactions are processed manually except PayPal.
- Shipping & Handling charges may vary.
- Make Check/Money Order Payable to: EasyBee Software (see address below)
- We do not offer "Terms" on orders, all orders must be paid in full up front.
- NO C.O.D. Terms... NO EXCEPTIONS.
- A fee of $25.00 will be charged for any returned check.

Shipping:
- All standard software orders: 1st Class US Mail.
- Larger packages: UPS.
- Allow 8 to 14 days for delivery.
- Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges unless otherwise specified on final invoice.
- All shipments are held for approval. (normally one business day)
- Some orders do not require shipping, such as downloads or activation key.
- EasyBee Software reserves the right to choose the shipment method.
Returns and Refunds:
- Once an activation key for any software product is issued, it's highly unlikely that any refund would be honored. But, we do offer refunds on software under certain conditions, please call for a Software Return Authorization form.
- Any software media received broken, damaged or defective may be returned for immediate replacement. No restocking fee will be charged.
