Service Terms:
** Per Incident (occurence) explained.
For reference the words “incident” and “occurrence” is considered the same thing in relationship to services performed.
The “per incident (occurrence)” is based on 15-minute time frames, any incident over this 15-minute time frame is considered another incident or occurrence. In which case the Option 2 – (Month – On Demand) rate will take effect. A simple 5-minute phone call or email response is considered an incident or occurrence. If the number of incidents is 1 within the same month, the Option 1 rate will take effect. If the number of incidents is 2 or more within the same month, the Option 2 rate will take effect. If the number reaches 6, the first 5 is under Option 2 rate and the 1 is under the Option 1 rate. If that number reaches 7 within the same month, then Option 2 rate will take effect for the 2nd time for that month.
Examples:
- If you call 3 times within the same month, in which the 1st was 5-minutes, the 2nd was 10-minutes and the 3rd 8-minutes. You will be billed for 3 Occurrences, under the Option 2 rate of $85.00.
- If you call 3 times within the same month, in which the 1st was 25-minutes, the 2nd was 18-minutes and the 3rd 20-minutes. You will be billed for 6 Occurrences, 5 under the Option 2 rate of $85.00 plus the Option 1 rate of $45.00 for the 6th totaling $130.00 (the 1st call of 25-minutes is considered 2 occurrences, the 2nd is also 2 and the 3rd is also considered 2 occurrences, a total of 6.
- If you call 1 time within the same month, in which the call took 40-minutes, it will be considered 3 incidents and you would be billed for $85.00 under Option 2 rate.
- If you call or email 7 times within the same month where all incidents are within the 15-minute time frame, you will be billed for Option 2 rate of $85.00 twice. Totaling $170.00.
